Earnings ReportTSUNAGU GROUP HOLDINGS Inc. <6551> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended September 2025 expanded to 43.3% from the previous period to 0.89 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 18.2% to 1.06 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 20 yen, an increase of 6 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.3 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.19 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.0% in the same period last year to 4.0%.
