TOMOE, Ordinary Profit Forecast for First Half Revised Downward by 12%

Guidance Update Report

TOMOE CORPORATION <1921> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the morning on November 10th (11:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has decreased 12.1%, from the previous forecast of 1.90 billion yen to 1.67 billion yen (compared to 2.24 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 15.2% to 25.5%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 3.70 billion yen(compared to 4.71 billion yen in the previous period).
