SEYFERT LTD. <9213> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 7th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 67 million yen to a loss of 99 million yen (compared to a profit of 28 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 65 million yen to a loss of 101 million yen (compared to a loss of 59 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
