COLOWIDE CO.,LTD. <7616> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on November 7th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) surged 3.4 times that of the same period last year, reaching 1.31 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 2.12 billion yen was 61.9%, also surpassing the five-year average of 58.0%.

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the October to March period (second half) is expected to decrease 6.1% from the same period last year to 0.81 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated net income/loss turned to a profit of 0.83 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.64 billion yen in the same period last year).
