CHOFU SEISAKUSHO CO.,LTD. <5946> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 7th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to September) decreased 3.4% from the same period last year to 2.52 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 4.50 billion yen was 56.1%, also falling below the five-year average of 63.5%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to grow 5.2% from the same period last year, reaching 1.97 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.02 billion yen, a 19.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 3.0% in the same period last year to 3.1%.
