CHUOKEIZAI-SHA HOLDINGS,INC. <9476> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on November 7th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has been revised upward 98.4%, from the previous forecast of 128 million yen to 254 million yen (compared to 127 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 0.8% to 2.0 times.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward from an expected loss of 18 million yen to a profit of 108 million yen (compared to a profit of 39 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a profit and leading to a 2.8 times increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
