The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to September) expanded 546 million yen, an increase 71.2% compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the full-year plan of 585 million yen was 93.3%, also surpassing the five-year average of 62.4%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 73.6% from the same period last year to 39 million yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the ordinary profit surged 3.1 times that of the same period last year, reaching 264 million yen. The operating profit margin drastically improved from 4.0% in the same period last year to 9.7%.
