Guidance Update Report

CyberBuzz, Inc. <7069> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 5th (15:30). The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has been revised upward 63.8%, from the previous forecast of 0.23 billion yen to 0.38 billion yen (compared to a loss of 1.95 billion yen in the previous period), reaches new record high for the first time in six terms.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated net income is expected to increase 88.2%, from the previous forecast of 0.17 billion yen to 0.32 billion yen (compared to 0.01 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 14 times to 27 times.
