THE BANK OF KOCHI,LTD <8416> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on November 4th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 34.2%, from the previous forecast of 1.90 billion yen to 1.25 billion yen (compared to 1.22 billion yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 55.2% to 2.1%.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 21.7%, from the previous forecast of 0.90 billion yen to 0.70 billion yen (compared to 1.41 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 36.5% to 50.3%.
