MORIO DENKI CO.,LTD. <6647> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on November 4th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has decreased 41.3%, from the previous forecast of 160 million yen to 94 million yen (compared to 111 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 15.3% decrease in profit.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 350 million yen(compared to 744 million yen in the previous period).
