HORAI Co.,Ltd. <9679> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 31st (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended September 2025 was 1.4% from the previous period to 734 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending September 2026, the ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight decrease of 0.5% from the previous period to 730 million yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 22 yen to 24 yen (compared to 66 yen before the 3-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 24 yen for the current term as well.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the ordinary profit increased 69.3% from the same period last year, reaching 237 million yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 8.2% in the same period last year to 12.2%.
