TOLI , Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward to an Unexpected 18% Increase, Highest in Thirty Six Terms, Dividend Revised Upward by 3 Yen

Guidance Update ReportTOLI Corporation <7971> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on October 31st (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 18.3%, from the previous forecast of 4.65 billion yen to 5.50 billion yen (compared to 4.66 billion yen in the previous period), reaches new record high for the first time in thirty six terms, turning to a 17.9% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 78.9%, from the previous forecast of 0.95 billion yen to 1.70 billion yen (compared to 1.14 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 48.2% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 29 yen to 32 yen (compared to 21 yen in the previous period).
