ALTECH CO., LTD. <9972> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 30th (16:30). The consolidated revenue forecast for the fiscal year ending November 2025 has decreased 10.0%, from the previous forecast of 20.0 billion yen to 18.0 billion yen (compared to 18.2 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 1.3% decrease in profit.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the June to November period (second half) consolidated revenue has decreased 16.8%, from the previous forecast of 11.8 billion yen to 9.87 billion yen (compared to 8.99 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 32.0% to 9.8%.
