DVx, Ordinary Profit Forecast for First Half Revised Downward by 33%

Guidance Update Report

DVx Inc. <3079> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 30th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has decreased 32.5%, from the previous forecast of 120 million yen to 81 million yen.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 581 million yen(compared to 542 million yen in the previous period).

Note: Since the current fiscal year, the company has transitioned to consolidated financial statements.
