Guidance Update Report

NIKKI CO.,LTD. <6042> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 29th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 33.3%, from the previous forecast of 600 million yen to 800 million yen (compared to 649 million yen in the previous period), turning to a 23.3% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 50.3%, from the previous forecast of 400 million yen to 601 million yen (compared to 694 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 42.4% to 13.4%.
