Guidance Update Report

NF HOLDINGS CORPORATION <6864> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision at noon (11:40) on October 29th. The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 87.5%, from the previous forecast of 480 million yen to 60 million yen (compared to 450 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of an 86.7% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated net income/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 150 million yen to a loss of 160 million yen (compared to a profit of 310 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
