Guidance Update Report

AHRESTY CORPORATION <5852> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on October 28th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 29.0%, from the previous forecast of 3.10 billion yen to 2.20 billion yen (compared to 3.04 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 27.7% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 37.5%, from the previous forecast of 1.60 billion yen to 1.00 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.53 billion yen in the same period of the previous year).
