Ichigo Office REIT Investment <8975> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on October 27th (15:30). The ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2025 has been revised upward 36.6%, from the previous forecast of 2.99 billion yen to 4.08 billion yen (compared to 5.17 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 42.2% to 21.0%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 1992 yen to 2661 yen (compared to 3330 yen in the previous period).
