Daiwa House REIT Investment <8984> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 17th (16:00). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended August 2025 increased by 14.1% from the previous period to 15.0 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending February 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 20.4% from the previous period to 11.9 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 6500 yen to 6576 yen (compared to 7078 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3400 yen.
