Guidance Update Report

SCAT Inc. <3974> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 14th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2025 has decreased 12.1%, from the previous forecast of 215 million yen to 189 million yen (compared to 156 million yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 37.8% to 21.2%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the May to October period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 21.5%, from the previous forecast of 121 million yen to 95 million yen (compared to 27 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 4.5 times to 3.5 times.
