Daiwa Office Investment <8976> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on October 10th (15:30). The ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending November 2025 has been revised upward 13.0%, from the previous forecast of 6.53 billion yen to 7.38 billion yen (compared to 6.95 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 6.3% increase in the ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 7000 yen to 7900 yen (compared to 6920 yen in the previous period).
