YOMEISHU SEIZO CO.,LTD. <2540> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 10th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 26.9%, from the previous forecast of 1.04 billion yen to 0.76 billion yen (compared to 0.62 billion yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 66.1% to 21.4%.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) ordinary profit has decreased 9.6%, from the previous forecast of 0.52 billion yen to 0.47 billion yen (compared to 0.31 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 64.0% to 48.3%.
