Guidance Update Report

INFRONEER Holdings Inc. <5076> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on September 30th (15:30). The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 52.7%, from the previous forecast of 33.4 billion yen to 51.0 billion yen (compared to 32.4 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 3.0% to 57.3%, reaches new record high for the first time in three terms.

In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 60 yen to 78 yen (compared to 60 yen in the previous period).
