HAPPINET CORPORATION <7552> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 24th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) has been revised upward 43.3%, from the previous forecast of 6.00 billion yen to 8.60 billion yen (compared to 6.66 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), record profits reach five consecutive terms, turning to a 29.1% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 12.0 billion yen(compared to 11.9 billion yen in the previous period).
