MORI HILLS REIT INVESTMENT <3234> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 12th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended July 2025 decreased by 1.1% from the previous period to 6.09 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending January 2026, the ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.7% to 6.13 billion yen.

At the same time, the company plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3100 yen.
