ESCON JAPAN REIT Investment Corporation <2971> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on September 12th (15:00). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended July 2025 increased by 11.9% from the previous period to 1.40 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending January 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 9.7% from the previous period to 1.26 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 3830 yen to 3886 yen (compared to 3474 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3510 yen.
