Nippon Building Fund <8951> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 15th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended June 2025 increased by 3.9% from the previous period to 23.5 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending December 2025, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 19.2% from the previous period to 19.0 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 2400 yen to 2495 yen (compared to 2462 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2420 yen.
