FISCO Ltd. <3807> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 14th (15:30). The ordinary loss (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to June) was a reduced loss of 34 million yen (compared to a loss of 88 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit/loss for the July to December period (second half) is expected to turn into a profit of 64 million yen (compared to a loss of 4 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (2Q), the ordinary loss improved to a deficit of 8 million yen (compared to a loss of 40 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -21.0% in the same period last year to -4.6%.
