BroadBand Security, Inc. <4398> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 13th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended June 2025 dropped by 63.8% from the previous period to 251 million yen. For the fiscal year ending June 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 2.7 times to 670 million yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 16 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (4Q), the ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 40 million yen (compared to a profit of 28 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from 1.6% in the same period last year to -4.0%.
