Earnings ReportCAPITA Inc. <7462> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on August 13th (14:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) significantly dropped 78.4% from the same period last year to 8 million yen. Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 44 million yen was 18.2%, also falling below the five-year average of 53.9%.
At the same time, the company, which had previously planned no interim dividend for this fiscal year, has decided to pay a dividend of 3 yen for the first half (compared to no dividend in the same period of the previous year).
In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin worsened from 3.3% in the same period last year to 1.8%.
