HOKKAN HOLDINGS LIMITED <5902> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 8th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) decreased 18.6% from the same period last year to 2.37 billion yen. However, Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 4.70 billion yen was 50.6%, almost the same as the five-year average of 48.6%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin decreased from 11.8% in the same period last year to 9.7%.
