FUKUVI CHEMICAL INDUSTRY CO.,LTD. <7871> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 8th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) increased 3.9% from the same period last year, reaching 481 million yen. Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 985 million yen was 48.8%, exceeding the five-year average of 44.6%.

At the same time, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been increased from the original plan of 10.5 yen to 13.5 yen, and the dividend for the second half has been revised the original plan of 15.5 yen to 13.5 yen. The annual dividend has been revised upwards from the original plan of 26 yen to 27 yen (compared to 26 yen in the previous period).

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin improved from 3.0% in the same period last year to 4.0%.
