The Monogatari Corporation <3097> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended June 2025 increased by 5.3% from the previous period to 9.03 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending June 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 17.3% to 10.6 billion yen, marking the fifth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 40 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 38.5% from the same period last year, reaching 2.20 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 4.9% in the same period last year to 7.3%.
