Alpha Purchase, Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 7%, Raises Record High Profit Forecast

Earnings ReportAlpha Purchase Co., Ltd. <7115> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to June) expanded 0.71 billion yen, an increase 30.3% compared to the same period last year.
In addition, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 7.1%, from the previous forecast of 1.40 billion yen to 1.50 billion yen (compared to 1.22 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 14.1% to 22.2%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for eight consecutive terms.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the July to December period (second half) is expected to grow 15.8% from the same period last year, reaching 0.78 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 17.8% from the same period last year, reaching 0.32 billion yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 2.1% in the same period last year to 2.3%.
