Nippon Soda Co.,Ltd. <4041> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) decreased 13.5% from the same period last year to 4.52 billion yen. However, Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 7.60 billion yen was 59.6%, almost the same as the five-year average of 60.6%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 9.5% in the same period last year to 9.7%.
