SOFT99corporation <4464> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 6th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) increased 3.2% from the same period last year, reaching 1.17 billion yen. Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 1.62 billion yen was 72.6%, also surpassing the five-year average of 54.6%.

At the same time, In conjunction with a Tender Offer Bid (TOB), the company has decided to forgo the annual dividend of 47 yen for the current fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin decreased from 14.5% in the same period last year to 13.8%.
