HOB Co.,Ltd. <1382> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on August 6th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2025 has decreased 38.1%, from the previous forecast of 63 million yen to 39 million yen (compared to 38 million yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 65.8% to 2.6%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the January to June period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 88.9%, from the previous forecast of 27 million yen to 3 million yen (compared to 2 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 14 times to 50.0%.
