NAGASE & CO., LTD. <8012> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 5th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) was 10.6 billion yen, a 2.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the full-year plan of 38.5 billion yen was 27.7%, almost the same as the five-year average of 27.1%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 4.5% in the same period last year to 4.3%.
