NICHIHA CORPORATION <7943> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on July 31st (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) significantly dropped 59.3% from the same period last year to 0.95 billion yen. Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 3.70 billion yen was 25.7%, also falling below the five-year average of 52.7%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin worsened from 4.7% in the same period last year to 3.3%.
