TECHMATRIX CORPORATION <3762> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on July 31st (15:30). The consolidated net income for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) increased 17.9% from the same period last year, reaching 0.85 billion yen. However, Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 2.09 billion yen was 41.0%, also falling below the five-year average of 45.9%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 8.1% in the same period last year to 8.0%.
