NISSHIN SEIFUN GROUP INC. <2002> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on July 31st (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) decreased 10.9% from the same period last year to 12.9 billion yen. Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 26.0 billion yen was 49.7%, almost the same as the five-year average of 51.7%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin worsened from 6.2% in the same period last year to 5.2%.
