Guidance Update Report

istyle Inc. <3660> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on July 31st (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending June 2025 has been revised upward 13.8%, from the previous forecast of 2.90 billion yen to 3.30 billion yen (compared to 1.72 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 68.5% to 91.7%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in seven years.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the January to June period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 30.5%, from the previous forecast of 1.31 billion yen to 1.71 billion yen (compared to 0.91 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 43.7% to 87.5%.
