ITOCHU-SHOKUHIN Co., Ltd. <2692> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on July 31st (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) increased 9.3% from the same period last year, reaching 3.43 billion yen. Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 5.50 billion yen was 62.4%, also surpassing the five-year average of 47.9%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 1.5% in the same period last year to 1.5%.
