VALQUA, LTD. <7995> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on July 30th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) was 1.80 billion yen, a 2.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 3.00 billion yen was 60.1%, also surpassing the five-year average of 52.1%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin significantly improved from 9.5% in the same period last year to 12.9%.
