Cybertrust Japan Co.,Ltd. <4498> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on July 29th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) surged 2.1 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.31 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 1.57 billion yen was 19.9%, exceeding the four-year average of 13.9%.

At the same time, due to a planned 2-for-1 forward stock split is scheduled for September 30, the the annual dividend has been revised from the original plan of 23 yen to 11.5 yen (equivalent to 23 yen before the forward stock split), but the actual dividend remains unchanged.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin drastically improved from 9.6% in the same period last year to 16.2%.
