TOHO LAMAC CO.,LTD. <7422> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on July 23rd (15:30). The ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to June) has been revised downward from an expected profit of 18 million yen to a loss of 11 million yen (compared to a profit of 52 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 160 million yen(compared to 102 million yen in the previous period).
