ESCON JAPAN REIT Investment Corporation <2971> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on July 15th (15:30). The ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending July 2025 has been revised upward 9.9%, from the previous forecast of 1.25 billion yen to 1.38 billion yen (compared to 1.25 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 0.4% to 10.3%, reaches new record high for the first time in six terms.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 3486 yen to 3830 yen (compared to 3474 yen in the previous period).
