RIGHT ON Co.,Ltd <7445> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on July 9th (15:30). The net loss (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending August 2025 (September 2024 to May 2025) was a reduced loss of 235 million yen (compared to a loss of 2538 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the net loss for the June to August period (4Q) is expected to further decrease loss of 1565 million yen (compared to a loss of 9604 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from March to May (3Q), the net income/loss turned to a profit of 4 million yen (compared to a loss of 921 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -9.0% in the same period last year to 0.2%.
