Guidance Update ReportPacific Net Co.,Ltd <3021> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on July 7th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending May 2025 has been revised upward 5.3%, from the previous forecast of 735 million yen to 774 million yen (compared to 636 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 15.6% to 21.7%, reaches new record high for the first time in four terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the December to May period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 8.8%, from the previous forecast of 445 million yen to 484 million yen (compared to 380 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 17.1% to 27.4%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 47 yen to 48 yen (compared to 41 yen in the previous period).
