MIRAI <3476> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on June 16th (16:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended April 2025 increased by 7.2% from the previous period to 2.57 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending October 2025, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 10.2% from the previous period to 2.31 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 1300 yen to 1357 yen (compared to 1257 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 1210 yen.
